The Incremetrix name and logo are the property of Incremetrix LLC. Amazon, Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Walmart Connect, Target, Roundel, Wayfair, and other product and company names mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective holders. They are used only to identify the platforms and products that Incremetrix works with. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by those companies.
7. Third-party websites
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites. Incremetrix does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website. A reference or link does not imply endorsement.
8. Contact-form submissions
Information you submit through the Site’s contact form must be accurate and must be yours to share. Do not submit advertising-platform credentials, account tokens, payment details, or other sensitive information. Our handling of submitted information is described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US $100). 11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. 13. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Incremetrix regarding use of the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
