1. Who we are
This website, incremetrix.com (the "Site"), is operated by Incremetrix LLC ("Incremetrix," "we," "us"), a limited liability company located in New Jersey, United States. Incremetrix provides retail media management, marketing analytics, and advertising technology services to business clients.
This policy applies to the Site only. Information handled in the course of a client engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
2. Information we collect
Information you submit
The Site’s contact form asks for the following, some of it optional:
- Name
- Company
- Work email address
- Website (optional)
- Platforms of interest (optional selections)
- Monthly advertising spend range (optional)
- Your message
You decide what to include in your message. Please do not submit advertising-platform credentials, account tokens, payment details, or other sensitive information through the form. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider generates standard server and request logs. These may include your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, the pages requested, the date and time of each request, and the referring page. These logs are used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
Incremetrix does not set cookies of its own on the Site, and the Site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recording, or cross-site tracking. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. The Site does not track you across other websites, so browser signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control do not change how the Site operates.
The Site does not offer user accounts or a newsletter.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and correspond with you about it
- Evaluate and scope a potential engagement you have asked about
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others
We do not use contact-form information for unsolicited marketing.
4. Hosting and form processing
The Site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a hosting provider based in the United States. Contact-form submissions are received and stored through the hosting provider’s form-handling service and are delivered to us by email. In these roles the hosting provider processes information on our behalf and under its own security practices. You can review the hosting provider’s privacy documentation on its website.
Email correspondence with Incremetrix is handled through our business email provider, which likewise processes information on our behalf.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With service providers that host the Site, process form submissions, or deliver email on our behalf
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Incremetrix, our clients, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to the transferred information
- With your direction or consent
6. Data retention
We retain contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, to evaluate or perform an engagement, and to keep reasonable business records, after which we delete or anonymize them. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider according to its retention practices.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to the Site and access controls on our email and hosting accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, which is one reason we ask you not to send credentials or other sensitive information through the form.
8. Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party websites and names
The Site may reference third-party companies and products, including retail media platforms, by name. Those references are descriptive. Incremetrix is not affiliated with those companies, and this policy does not cover their websites or services. If the Site links to a third-party website, that website’s own privacy policy applies.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable United States state privacy laws to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. You may also ask us at any time to stop corresponding with you.
California residents
If you are a California resident, California law may give you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to request deletion or correction of that information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights, to the extent those laws apply to us. Incremetrix does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law. You may submit a request by email. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with appropriate proof of authorization.
11. Visitors outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for a United States business audience. If you visit from another country, the information you submit will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If we make material changes, we will update that date and, where appropriate, note the change on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
